My Top 5 Favorite FREE Workouts...


Alright lovelies! On Tuesday I shared about why I haven't given up on this healthy living thing and today I am sharing my top 5 FREE workouts with Fitness Blender. This is NOT a sponsored pos. I just happen to ready like Fitness Blender and wanted to share it with you all :) These are ones I have on constant rotation. I love them and they're free! Win! Win! I signed up for a free account with Fitness Blender. Fitness Blender is a youtube channel and website where you can plan out workouts. Kelly and her hubby have hundreds of videos to choose from. They even have workout plans you can do as well. Some of those are free and some are not. They also have meal plans. I stick to the free videos. Hubby and I are also doing P90X3, which we purchased a month ago. I am doing a combined workout plan with the both. I personally try to workout about 60 minutes a day, about 5 days a week. Working out in the morning is usually best for me, but find a time that works for you. Schedule it in...like literally put it on the calendar for the day. This helps me a lot. I also put my workout clothes on right when I wake up, so my uniform is on. Once I workout, I can get out of my "uniform" :)

Below are my favorite workouts from Fitness Blender right now. I have these on a weekly rotation and have been able to see great results.








Fitness Blender has workouts from 10 minutes long to and hour. There's something for everyone. Thank you to all my friends who suggested Fitness Blender to me back in February. It has been so fun!
