I must say - and I may be alone in this, but cellulose and gelatin don't bother me anywhere near as much azodicarbonamide or tert-Butylhydroquinone (oh, how those appear to be a case of dropped-my-coffee-cup-on-keyboard spelling!) do, in general. At least I know where it comes from - and how it came to be!
