ReplyDeleteHi Danielle! I have followed your blog for over a year but never comment. I just wanted to say "thanks" for inspiring me to get moving this month. I just had a baby 12 weeks a go and it has been slow going getting back in shape. I gained 60 pounds during my pregnancy and with four little girls all ages 6 and under I haven't wanted to get back in shape. At one point in my life I actually ran full marathons... now I struggle to run a mile. But I have been doing the 30 Day Shred DVD for a couple weeks now and we are eating healthy as a family and I am feeling so much better. I am already feeling stronger and have signed myself up for a half marathon in August. Thanks for inspiring me with your 30 day challenge to get active. It was the push I needed! :)
