Being sick stinks...royally. Enough said.
Disney Scene It, with the littles, makes it bearable.
Now I am going to curl up on the couch with my cough drops, toilet paper, and the teddy bears my little Miss swears will help me feel better. Have a wonderful day lovelies!
P.S.
No menu plan this week. I am way to sick to even think, let
alone put together a full weeks meal plan. Sorry gals.
P.P.S.
We had Baked Burritos last night. I will share the recipe soon:)

I'm not usually into non-medicine medicine. Ha. However, I gave a couple things a shot during the last few weeks because my kids and I kept getting sick. For a cough, I combined a cup of tea with a tablespoon of local honey (raw is best, but regular will work too), 1/4 teaspoon of ginger, and 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne. I couldn't quite make it to the 1/4 tsp of cayenne. I'm wimpy with heat, but let me tell you it did the trick. For a cold, a tablespoon of local honey mixed with 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon a couple times a day. I had coughed to the point of throwing up then started doing the tea the next day and no longer coughed very much (just needed a couple cough drops in the day) and my daughter had a full blown cold, did the honey/cinnamon, and cold was gone in two days. That never happens! Hope you feel better soon. http://creativesaver.blogspot.com/
