Happy Valentine's Day & V-Day Coutndown 11, 12, 13!

Happy Valentine's Day to all of you and your littles. Are you doing anything fun today? I have a few things planned to do with my littles today. I am like a little kid and look forward to each holiday with such excitement. I have had so much fun doing our countdown to Valentine's Day. I love the fact that when you have children, you get to relive the wonders of your own childhood with your littles again. I always looked forward to Valentine's Day as a child. My dad was always my Valentine. I remember he would always come home from work with some little treat for me. It always made me feel so special. I think this is how we should make all our children feel. I don't think it needs to be something extravagant and very little, if no money, has to be spent. It is just the fact that we are making each day with our littles special. After all, they are this little only once and I know I don't want to miss a moment of it.

Now that I am done with my little heartfelt moment I wanted to share some pictures of our last days of our countdown. We finished everything up last night for Family Home Evening. We did a craft or two, played  a game, and shared a treat together. Overall it was a fun night where we unplugged ourselves from cartoons and other things and just spent time together. I am so thankful for Miss Priss and bubba and all the time I get to be with them. Here are the pictures from our fun night.

 Valentine Heart Butterflies

We were going to make salt dough magnets, but I remembered we had all of this play dough and I decided to use that instead. They will dry out the same as the salt dough and then we will have "fabulous" (miss Priss's words, not mine) magnets.

 We shared a yummy treat
We played find the kiss game. This went over so well.
Place one kiss under a cup, move the cups around and guess which cup it is under. We played this for like 20 minutes. They loved it :>
Then they had to give it a try and see if Mom could guess.

This morning they had little goodies waiting for them. These were just a few little things I found in the dollar section at Target, minus the book. The book was a gift from GG Grandma. I woke up to little giggles and cheers. That is how I knew they were up and had found their treats. I am now off to make some heart shaped French toast. Hope you have a wonderful love day with your littles today

Have a Blessed Day!
