The weather in my neck of the woods:
Should be about 77 or so a little warmer than last week.
One of my simple pleasures:
just relaxing with my hubby and talking about nothing
On my bedside table:
Janette Oke's The Tender Years
On my TV:
nothing it is quiet right now
On my To Do List:
Laundry
Straighten Kitchen
hang out with Ashley
Maybe go to a park with the kids
On the menu tonight:
I haven't completely decided yet, but I think french toast. Who doesn't love breakfast or dinner?

New Recipe I tried last week:
Easy Chicken Pot Pie
1 | bag of frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 | cup cut-up cooked chicken
1 | can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 | cup Original Bisquick® mix
1/2 | cup milk | ||
1 | egg |
1 can of (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
**a little pit of cream cheese (optional) this just makes it creamer
** I also added some Lawry's seasoning salt and some onion salt
1. | Heat oven to 400°F. In ungreased 9-inch pie plate, stir vegetables, chicken and soup. |
2. | In medium bowl, stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate. |
3. | Bake uncovered about 30 minutes or until crust golden brown. |
In the craft basket:
some old clothes of mine I want to re-purpose into stuff for Miss. Priss
Looking forward to:
Keagan talking in the primary program this Sunday
