DIY: Painted Fruit Bowl

Today I have just a quick DIY for ya. We had this fruit bowl, which was given to us as a wedding gift. I always loved the fruit on it, but now my taste seem to be changing. I wanted a red fruit bowl, but no money to go buy one. My Sisinlaw gave me the idea of painting the bowl. I wasn't sure how it would turn out, but it was a pleasant surprise. I used acrylic red paint and hot glued the bow on and now I have a fabulous new fruit bowl, which cost me nothing. No sanding or anything was required. All supplies came from my stash. I love how with re-purposing the sky really is the limit
