Chocolate Peanut-Butter Fitness Shake
1 cup almond milk
1 package carnation instant breakfast
2 tbl PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter
1 tbl chia seeds
2 bananasBlend together in a nutri-bullet or blender. Enjoy!
This is such a creamy, yummy shake. I have this every single day for breakfast and I have not gotten sick of it yet. It's delicious!

Sounds great, but what could I use instead of the bananas I can't eat??? I need something that keeps me full, and also kicks the sugar cravings.. help......

DeleteSounds yummy! One that I make a lot is chocolate almond/soy milk + a banana + frozen strawberries. Creamy and delicious!
