Chocolate Peanut-Butter Fitness Shake...


I have gotten a few requests for what types of smoothies I am loving right now, so today I am sharing my all time favorite. I am a HUGE sugarholic. This smoothie kicks that craving in the butt and leaves me full and gives me a lot of energy. Oh and did I mention it is super simple to make....only my favorite part!!

Here are the deets :)

Chocolate Peanut-Butter Fitness Shake

1 cup almond milk
1 package carnation instant breakfast
2 tbl PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter
1 tbl chia seeds
2 bananas

Blend together in a nutri-bullet or blender. Enjoy!

This is such a creamy, yummy shake. I have this every single day for breakfast and I have not gotten sick of it yet. It's delicious!

  1. Sounds great, but what could I use instead of the bananas I can't eat??? I need something that keeps me full, and also kicks the sugar cravings.. help......

    1. What about avocado? That would work and it makes it super creamy. Or dates?

  2. Sounds yummy! One that I make a lot is chocolate almond/soy milk + a banana + frozen strawberries. Creamy and delicious!

  3. I if you have more recipes like this please share them! I love smoothies but dont like to cough up the money at a smoothie specialty store all the time. Cant wait to try this =)
