Today I'm sharing a quick "healthy living" video to get our bodies feeling great and hopefully inspired with this healthy living thing! Today we are talking about water and how we can work our way up to drinking 1 gallon of water a day....you read that right. A gallon people! I started doing this a few weeks into my weight loss journey and it has made a huge difference! It is crazy how good we feel when we get the fluids our body needs. You will feel AMAZING!

Oh...water... Such a hard thing for me...[I am like your hubby- I like my sodas[but I do diet coke] But I have been trying to cook well balanced meals, and eat more healthy.. During the month of April, I have started the water thing. And am doing much better.. I am up to 4-5 8 oz glasses a day.. And this is a lot for me,ha.. Hope to reach a gallon a day real soon. ReplyDeleteGreat reminder! Aside from the health benefits, only drinking water is a HUGE money saver! We only buy juice boxes and sodas for parties, and we even stopped buying OJ completely. We realized we didn't NEED it at breakfast; it was just a habit. I like the Crystal Light packets, too, but I try to limit them to summertime. And even then, they're pretty sweet, so half a packet will do. The chemicals make me nervous. :/ Thanks for all the great tips, Danielle. Your progress is such an inspiration!
