Hi guys! Yesterday I received a fun box in the mail from Chex Mix. They had recently contacted me about wanting to send some goodies for me to try out. Well I am sure you can imagine what my reply was....umm heck yes! I love Chex Mix. Especially their sweeter mixes. What can I say I am sugarholic. When I opened the package and saw a few bags of the Chex Mix were Peanut butter and chocolate muddy buddies, I about died! You all know how I feel about peanut butter and chocolate. They are a match made in heaven that I just can't stay away from! To help myself not gobble up all the bags in one sitting, I decided to share with some ladies in my ward. I had a few friends I had been wanting to drop a treat off to, so this seemed like a perfect time to do it...shall we call it divine intervention :)
I grabbed a few mason jars and some goodies from my crafting stash, then Miss Priss and I made some treats jars for our friends. This is a simple tutorial (literally peeps. The video is less than 3 minutes), but has a fancy punch (doesn't everything in a jar seem fancier?) You can fill these jars with whatever treat you have laying around your house...chocolate chips, M and M's, etc.....really anything sweet would be great (or savory if you like that sort of thing).
Creating beautiful, from what you have around you, is a great way to save money. These make great gifts all year round! OH and Miss Priss is in today's video. I gush! She's adorable and wants to be a little DIYer too!
What are you going to fill your jar with?
XO Danielle
Great idea! Love your little helper!
