Good Morning Lovelies! When it gets to the end of the month, and I have a few things to use on my "use it up" list, I let the creative cooking juices start flowing and I make up a recipe or two. I looked in my pantry to see what still needed to be used up this month. I had some ranch packets and half and half I wanted to use up, so this recipe was born. It is easy to make. A simple fix it and forget recipe. Fix it in the morning and come dinner time you have a hot meal awaiting you and that family of yours. We served ours with zucchini squash. Yum Yum!
Slow Cooker Creamy Ranch Chicken and Potatoes
5-6 chicken breasts, thawed
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup half and half (milk will work too!)
2 packet of ranch dressing mix (unprepared)
4-5 potatoes, chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup half and half (milk will work too!)
2 packet of ranch dressing mix (unprepared)
4-5 potatoes, chopped
Layer potatoes and then chicken in a slow cooker. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl. Pour mixture over chicken. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Pair with some veggies and your golden!
