Can you believe it Lovelies?! It's already the end of June. Not sure how that happened so
quickly, but I bet time is going to continue to fly by now that it's
summer. No complaints here though. This month has been a blast! Ready for a recap of my favorites from the blog this month? Let's start with some of the yummy recipes that were shared
Fool Proof Fudge is one of the easiest treats to make...especially when you wait till the last minute to make your FHE treat (I am always guilty of this). Oh and don't forget oven baked meatballs. Those are great for freezing! Saves me tons of prep time during the month.
Don't forget all the sweet treats I shared in my 15 Summer Treat Roundup and my Blueberry Delight Muffins. Yum!
Oh my and I can not forget my favorite recipe from this month! Slow Cooker Sesame Honey Chicken. Mmmm Mmmm Good!
June was filled with some crafts too! Simple DIY Throw Pillows, 15 Summer Shirt Refashions, blinged out frames, and a blinged out fridge made the project list.
I shared about being fearless and I ventured out into the outdoors and shared a few tips on how to spruce up your outdoor space on a budget.
I also shared a bunch of youtube videos. From Learning how to prepare for monthly shopping to my many thrift haul videos. You can see all of these videos on my youtube channel.
June has been a fantastic month! Thank you for always coming along with me on this crazy ride of frugal living. Your support and kindness means the world to me. Thank You! Thank You! Thank You! You are amazing women and gents! To the moon and back you rock!

I loved going to see the movie The Jersey Boys (we got free passes) and the movie The Fault in our. If you haven't read the book, I highly suggest you do. And make sure you have a box of tissues near by. I have lots of great books for summer reading on my library list, but I'm on the waiting list for every single one of them. I love sitting pool side with a good chick lit book and a fruity alcoholic free beverage and catching some sun, then jumping in the water whenever I get too hot to cool off!
ReplyDeleteWhere has this year gone?!
ReplyDeleteWe loved the baked strawberry donuts suggested in the 15 summer treats. We added a bit of strawberry extract and replaced the butter with coconut oil. Skipped the frosting and served them with a dusting of powdered sugar on top. What a treat! Thanks for sharing. That's gong in the permanent recipe binder. :) Keep up the great work.
ReplyDeleteLots of great posts! I am going to make the honey sesame chicken this week. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteYummy recipe! We really enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing!
