So here is s super simple recipe. It is crazy how simple it is for being so dang yummy. I found this one on Pinterest. I know I know I spend way to much time on there "researching" recipes. I call it "researching" for the ole' blog here. That is how I justify my Pinterest time. I just love it way too much:)
Are you ready to makes this scrumptious treat for your familia tonight?
Here's what you do:
Marshmallow Popcorn
3 bags popcorn (pop and take out extra kernels)
2 sticks of butter
16 oz bag of marshmallows
1 cup brown sugar
Microwave butter, marshmallows, and brown sugar for 2 1/2 min. Take out and stir. Microwave again for 1 min. Repeat until thin sauce. When done pour over popcorn and mix. YUM!
* Also add some extra goodies if you want. We added M and M's.
We ate ours while watching some family videos. Make a night of it. Share a treat and bust out those funny home videos out. Your kids will love it. I know mine did!
