Summer Fun: Makin Chocolate Puddin' Pops

So this post is coming to you from lovely jury duty. Yesterday I was summoned to do my civic duty.by reporting for jury duty. After a day of questioning, I am back to being a normal citizen, not picked for jury duty.

Having said that, I had much time to read, think, and blog via iphone. Luckily I had some summer fun pics and post to keep me occupied while waiting in the courthouse.

Now onto the post....

One thing on our summer fun list was to make pudding pops. These are so dang simple and yummy it is ridiculous! I swear.

Here is what you need:

1 box of instant pudding mix
(I used the big box for more chocolatey flavor)

1cup of milk

1/2 cup of sugar

Here is what you do:

Mix all ingredients together in a medium sized mixing bowl. Pour into popsicle molds. I dont have these, so I used dixie cups. Allow to freeze for a few hours. Then enjoy!

See as promised super simple:)

I hope you get a chance to make these with your littles today.

Have a happy thursday and I hope youre enjoying back to school week!

Dont forget to enter into the Madison Avenue giveaway and remember all month long you can recieve 20% off your order from my etsy store. Coupon code is on the side bar.

See you tomorrow for my Feature Friday Link Up.

Enjoy our pudding pop pictures.

  2. Oh yum! Those pudding pops sound scrummy! I couldn't do jury duty last time I was called as I had nowhere to leave my kids! I'd actually really like to do it - I think it'd be interesting!

  4. One of my earliest posts was lamenting the fact tat you never see Jello Pudding pops anymore. I even found a picture and put it in there. Do you know how very many people have googled jello pudding pops and have been directed to my blog???? It's my #2 most searched phrase!

Do they taste thick and pudding like or do they lose something in the freezing and end up like ice milk?
