{Freezer Cupcakes}

Did you know that you can freeze cupcakes? Well you can. This makes for not feeling so guilty when you either eat all the left over cupcakes or have to throw them out cause no one is wanting anymore cupcakes. I don't know if this happens in your house, but it definitely does in mine. Oh and sadly the latter is not usually why we don't have cupcakes. This tip is absoltuely for me and my hips. I make cupcakes now, and freeze half. Later on in the week or month, when the kids want a treat, I thaw these out and frost an hour or so later. So simple and quick. Oh and these cupcakes are from January when I made Peanut Butter Cupcakes. They were still so tasy even after being in the freezer for a month or so. Try it out your family and hips will thank you...at least mine do :>
