This skirt was a re-purposing project I did a few weeks back. We had a dress of Miss Priss's, which had gotten to short for her. (sorry no before pic). She loved this dress and was sad to not be able to wear it any more. I decided to see what I could do in the re-purposing department. I cut the dress at the chest line and made a new casing for elastic. This now became my new waist line. I added a lace trim to the bottom and was done. Miss Priss gets to have her polka-dot dress a little bit longer, in the form of a skirt. Oh and it is really twirly. Miss Priss's favorite
