These pops have become a favorite around my house. They are super easy to make and the kids can help too!
Here is what you need:
2 cups plain low-fat yogurt
2 cups berries (I used fresh strawberries and 1 banana)
1/2 to 3/4 cups confectioners' sugar
Place all ingredients in your blender
Place mix in ice cube trays with toothpicks inserted in the middle
or Popsicle mold.
And Enjoy!
** I also just made these using canned peaches. They came out wonderfully**

I bought some popsicle molds a long time ago (when summer started) and have never used them. Finally I will have to make some popsicles for my daughter:)
