Deceptively Delicious: Avocado Spread

1 cup of avocado puree
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 tbl low-fat mayo
1 tbl lemon or lime juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp of garlic powder

This turned out to be a yummy variation of guacamole. We had it on quesidillas for lunch and used it as a veggie dip for red bell peppers. My kids very much hate avocados, but they approved of this dip and I have pictures to prove it :>
Don't you just love my bubba's serious expression :> ha ha he is so silly.
She said she loved them the most on the tortilla
To end I just wanted to share my favorite kitchen gadget I have been using lately. It is a quesadilla maker. I love it! I can make lunch in a snap with this and it easily cleans up! Anyways have a wonderful day!

  1. Oooh, that looks seriously delicious! Totally easy to veganize too. O loves avacados and I am always on the lookout for things to use in place of cheese for quesadillas (usually I use hummus.) I might need to try this soon!
