Christmas Cookies

Christmas Cookies

So mine do not look like Wendi's in the slightest. Mine are definitely lacking greatly in the beauty department, but not to toot my own horn, in the taste department I think they're holding their own. These cookies turned out so yummy! I definitely reccomend them to anyone looking for some simple and yummy cookie's to make this Christmas week.
Here's the recipe I got from Wendi's blog.

Preheat oven to 350*
Cream 1 cup butter and 1/2 cup powdered sugar until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. 2 cups flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp vanilla and 1 cup chopped pecans. Roll into balls about the size of a small walnut. Bake for 12 15 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while still warm.

I actually didn't have pecans so I used walnuts and they came out just as delicious. Happy Baking!
