This past Sunday My hubby and I celebrated our 6th anniversary. I am so thankful for the wonderful man I call my hubby. He is my best friend and just my favorite person in this world. I am thankful to get to have him here with me always. We didn't get to be together last year, since he was deployed to Iraq so this year was special. My poor hubby woke up sick on our happy day, but he was a good sport and even let me take pictures of him when he wasn't feeling his best. For our day we made yummy salmon and shared it with our kiddos and then we decorated the Christmas tree. It was such a simple night, but a wonderful night.
Yummy Lemon Pepper Salmon
This is supper easy to make. I will post the simple directions later.
Don't worry folks we don't drink. It is Sparkling Apple Cider (my favorite).
