Halloween Countdown 2011


Happy October Blissful and Domestic Readers! Are you ready to countdown to Halloween with your family? I know I am! Since this is the first of October, I thought I should share the countdown list I will be doing with my littles this month. We did this last year and had so much fun. We knew we wanted to do it again. I am planning to blog about the things we do. This whole month is a month of Halloween themed posts. It is a Halloween Party all Month Long! I can't wait! 11) Play the Mummy Toilet Paper Game
12) Make Oreo Spiders
13) Play Pin the Face on the Pumpkin
14) Make Halloween Playdough
15) Make Glowing Ghosts
16) Make Halloween Pajama pants
17) Decorate Halloween Sugar Cookies
18) Visit a Pumpkin Patch or a Kid-Friendly Haunted House
19) Make Pumpkin Pancakes with Black Syrup (for breakfast)
20) Make Chocolate Covered Oreo's in Halloween mold
21) Make a Halloween clay craft
22) Decorate Scarecrow masks
23) Make Haunted Houses
24) Read The Pumpkin Patch Parable and watch It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown
25) Make Halloween Shirts
26) Play Find the Ghost (like playing hot and cold in primary)

28) Throw a cousin Halloween Party
29) Carve Pumpkins
30) Go Trunk-or-Treating

  3. What an awesome countdown!!! I love every single day! It's so much fun to do an active countdown like this. My 7-year-old has been so excited every morning to see what we're doing for our countdown activity (the baby is still flapping like a bat everyday even though that was just the Day 1 activity)!

    You're such a super fun mom! I've added you to the "Read Daily" section of my Google Reader, so I can keep up with what you and your fun family are doing! :)
