Fried Tortillas
These are so simple and so yummy. My sisterinlaw's sister Nicole actually brought these to a Family Home Evening night potluck and I could not stop eating them. They were a huge hit. She served them with salsa and oh boy were the good. Here is how you make them:
Pour a little bit of oil into a pan and begin to heat on medium.
Take your tortillas and cut them into triangles. I used a pizza cutter. It made cutting much faster.
Drop a few slices at a time and let them cook until they start to get air bubbles, then turn over. They should be a light golden brown.
Remove from heat.
Let them sit on a plate lined with a paper towel.
Once you put them on the plate, sprinkle them generously with salt.
and Enjoy!
